- The Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
Analyse industry trends and competitive landscape.- Assess the impact of market dynamics on our business and clients.
Identify emerging client needs and opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling.
Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify improvement areas.
Prospect for new clients and generate qualified leads.
- Implement lead generation strategies.
Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling.
- Achieve Financial Targets
Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.- Manage project profitability and optimize resources.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build Strong Partnerships
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
Foster long-term client relationships.
- Qualifications, Experience & Qualities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in sales and business development.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
