Job Description

Position Summary

Are you a dynamic relationship builder with a passion for driving growth We're seeking a talented individual to expand our client base and deepen existing partnerships. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales objectives by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring overall account success.

  • The Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • Understand the Market
Analyse industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Assess the impact of market dynamics on our business and clients.
Identify emerging client needs and opportunities.
  • Drive Sales Growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative selling.
Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify improvement areas.
  • Expand Client Base
Prospect for new clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Implement lead generation strategies.
Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Achieve Financial Targets
Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Manage project profitability and optimize resources.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build Strong Partnerships
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
Foster long-term client relationships.
  • Qualifications, Experience & Qualities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
