Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Development and Marketing Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of school-wide marketing campaigns in accordance with the strategy. The person is also responsible in conducting market research, management of key accounts or partners amd ensure the business plans / projects with would result in increase in student enrolment from the markets

Resourceful and analytical, he/she is required to manage resources and obtain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders. He/She is also expected to lead teams and make business decisions independently.

Requirements

. Candidate must possess a Degree in Marketing and/ or Business or a related discipline from a recognized University with at least 3 years related experience, preferably in the education industry

. Creative thinker, clear communicator, in person and in writing

. Strategic and analytical, able to spot opportunities to gain new clients and develop solutions to capitalize on them to win new business

. Ability to work within budgets and deliver results

. Quick to absorb, analyze information and able to present ideas with conviction
