OVERVIEW
You are primarily responsible for the growth opportunities of the Goodwill Rehabilitation and Occupational Workshop (GROW) and the Learning, Development and Consultancy (LDC) departments. You will explore new markets for GROW products and services as well as develop new partnerships and collaborations with organisations to pave open employment for clients in GROW and Alumni. You will research the learning needs of CPAS and the social service sector to grow the training and consultancy programmes. You will assist in discovering new segments and customers for the services that we offer. You will also be developing and innovating marketing strategies to grow our customer base and build the capabilities of our staff and clients with special needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Goodwill, Rehabilitation and Occupational Workshop (GROW)
Outreach marketing & Programme Development
Learning, Development and Consultancy (LDC)
Identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities in the CET industry, understand training needs, and recommend training solutions.
Establish and nurture business partnerships with agencies, industry partners, IHLs, training partners, and potential clients.
Actively promote and present LDC to close deals with prospective training partners and targeted clients.
Collaborate with the LDC team to monitor growth strategies and achieve goals.
Develop, propose, and execute marketing campaigns and events for LDC courses.
Assist the Head of Department (HOD) with data reporting, proposals, and presentations by collecting and analysing information.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
Work with internal and external stakeholders, including the Advocacy and Marketing Department (AMD) and vendors, to create marketing materials and organize events.
Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, LDC website) and engage AHP associations for outreach.
Manage marketing administrative tasks, including obtaining quotes, handling purchase orders, processing invoices, and updating the marketing budget.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Administration.
Have more than 8 years of relevant working experience in business development with sales responsibilities.
Possess a positive mindset and able to overcome difficulties to achieve desired results.
Demonstrated leadership ability, vision, and strong business acumen.
Proven track record of achieving goals and results.
Comfortable working in a matrix reporting structure.
Resilient, able to manage multiple priorities at the same time and meet tight deadlines.
Constantly maintain objective and highly confidential matters whilst interacting with stakeholders and Staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, tactfulness, and effectiveness in working with multiple stakeholders.
Service-orientated, client-focused, and a strong team member.
Committed to high standards and adopts a professional and conscientious approach.
Good spoken/written English and a second language.
Highly proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Some prior working experience in a Social Service Agency or related industry is preferred.
