Business Development Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.

. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

. Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.

. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

. Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.

Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering Degree will be advantages).

. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

. Ability to work independently and drive results.

. Occasional travelling is required

Preferred Skills:

. Experience in Factory Automation industry an advantage

. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
