Role:We are seeking a sales driven Business Development Associateto manage the entire Recruitment Lifecycle.

• Cold calling potential candidates
• Sourcing candidates through various channels
• Screening and evaluating job applications and resumes
• Shortlisting candidates for preliminary phone screenings
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Conducting reference and background checks as needed
• Facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates

Job Requirements:

• Sales-driven
