BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients through direct outreach, referrals, and leveraging existing networks.
• Execute outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to generate sales opportunities.
• Identify and explore opportunities in both new and current markets.
• Develop and customize proposals to address each client's unique business needs.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Formulate strategies for lead follow-up and identify new prospects to pursue.
• Prepare and present pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collect client feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve offerings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential clients.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through regular follow-ups with clients.
• Convert proposals into finalized, signable contracts.
• Offer reliable feedback and provide after-sales support.
