Role: Business Development Executive
Our client, one of the top leading financial institutions, is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to support their highly capable sales team in all aspect of the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimizing their CRM system to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity and maintain workflows, reports and dashboards to support the sales team's activities.
- Identification and implementation of any process improvements that seek to maximize sales productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze and develop reports and dashboards providing sales insight into various metrics such as market trends, sales performance etc
- Present recommendations to reporting manager and relevant stakeholders
- Conduct detailed market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
- Identification of new business opportunities
- Collaborate with existing sales team members in developing sales plans, identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Assist in the development of sales forecast models and pipeline analysis
- Preparation of high quality proposals for prospective clients
- Assist in business administrative works
- Attending to prospective client meetings whenever required
Required Skills:
- Min Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related studies
- Min 2+ years of experience in business development ideally with a financial services platform
- Strong analytical mindset
- Strong in IT and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
