Min with at least 1 years experience in B2B sales in IT or Audio Visual industry.
Candidates with Interior Design Industry background will be a value-added advantage.
Candidates with experience in sales especially M&E construction industry will be value added advantage.
Candidates with Audio Visual / IT Solutions knowledge will be value added advantage.
Candidates with experience in dealing with building and construction industry will be value added advantage.
Team player who can work in fast paced environment.

Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Candidates need to liaise with China supplier with writing or spoken in MANDARIN language

Responsibilities
Generate new leads, qualify new opportunities for projects targeted at MNCs / new buildings or projects across industries (includes education, government, entertainment, large-venue and healthcare industries) and increase sales closing rate of qualified opportunities.
Plan, implement and organize customer or consultant visit/meeting for project management execution.
Preparation of tender document, quotation and follow up after sales services as well as ensure timely collection.
Sales management including project report and execution of sales orders.
Liaises with customers on technical advice.
Understand and translate customer's requirements and work closely with project provision in creation of solution proposal.
Liaise with existing clients.
Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement
Strong communication and presentation skills regarding technical solutions
