. Manage, develop and execute business plan and strategy for retail partnerships (franchisee, department stores, marketplace, other partners etc), to ensure attainment of Company goals and profitability
. Prepare action plans and effective search of leads and potential retail partners/brands
. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans, including engaging suitable retail partners and internal stakeholders
. Provide timely feedback to the Management regarding retail and brand partnerships performance
. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing information to the management for approval
. Negotiate the best possible commercial terms with retail and brand partners
. Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance and Procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met on a timely basis
. Maintains contact and relationship with relevant partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction
. Project accurate representation of Company to clients and partners
. Oversee distribution and delivery by Supply Chain/Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of goods
. Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients/partners
Requirements
. Candidates with experience in Sales / Brand Management, particularly Beauty category or premium/ lifestyle brand is appreciated
. Strong organizational and analytical skills
. Adaptable and flexible
. Positive attitude, pleasing personality and ability to work well in teams
