Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and acquire new clients and business opportunities, focusing on international markets.
• Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions with stakeholders to enhance market presence.
• Provide analysis to support management in evaluating new business opportunities.
• Proactively develop and improve products and services based on market needs.
• Stay informed about changes in the industry, including relevant regulatory authorities, and assess their implications for the business.
• Willingness to travel overseas as needed to meet clients and explore new markets.
• Demonstrated ability to find innovative solutions to challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in a non-commercial role within a manufacturing or engineering industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft office suites
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating business opportunities and market trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to adapt strategies based on market feedback and organizational needs.
