Business Development Executive's Responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of active accounts (retailers/watch brands) and build a long-term relationship with our partners
- Understanding and assisting clients timely with their needs and objectives, and providing excellent customer service
- Manage collaboration projects with watch brands/ watch groups with discretion
- Responsible for the B2B Website: onboarding new clients, creating orders, order statuses, creating content to showcase projects/ events
- Execute strategies to promote Delugs products/ services to prospective clients both via video call and in-person
- Assist and participate in BD events such as watch fairs, launch events with retailers, pop-ups and trunk shows
- Uphold and respect internal processes and guidelines
- Share routine feedback from customers with the BD Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in business development or sales required
- Keen interest and understanding of the luxury watch industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently, is detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Must be a good team player, with good communications skill
- Confident and enjoy interacting with clients both via video calls and in-person events
- Comfortable in networking
- Proficient in microsoft office functions (excel, ppt), and able to create professional presentation decks
- Proficient in English
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
- Occasionally with weekend shifts if required
- Able to travel for work trips, ranging from 3 days to 2 weeks long
