Business Development Executive (Direct Insurer)

Basic Qualification and Experience

. Graduate in any discipline.

. Must Possess the Insurance Qualifications from SCI (M5 M9 & M9A) or any other equivalent qualification.

Experience

Should possess minimum 3 to 5 years experience in insurance marketing and working in a local/international company.

Responsibilities

. Manage relationship with IFA firms and increase sales performance from IFA firms and Bank Partners.

. Monitor day to day Admin support to IFA firm and Bank partners.

. Tie-up with new IFA and regular follow up

. Explore tie-up with new banks for Banca channel.

. To gather information of Competitors products and new product/concepts launches in the insurance market of Singapore.

. Design and execute distribution related motivation, town halls and incentive meetings (together with Training Executive where relevant)

. Providing inputs for new Product Development Process as per the need of market.

. Has knowledge of managing Social Media sites (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter)

. Administer routine jobs for agent onboarding/offboarding, commission payment.

. Liaison with LIA and regular submissions of required statistic to LIA.

. Key Performance Indicators: Sales Target (Business Volume), No of New Distribution Partnerships with IFA and Banks.
