The Business Development Executive supports the Sales & Marketing team in driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. This entry-level role is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of experience.
. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies
. Support negotiations and closing of agreements with new clients
. Provide account management support to existing clients
. Conduct research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities
. Assist in lead generation programs and follow up on leads
. Conduct market research and review changes to market trends and competitor activities
. Attend business conferences and networking events to generate leads
KPIs and Targets:
. Achieve 100% of assigned revenue targets
. Conduct a minimum of 5 qualified sales meetings each week
. Ensure all sales opportunities and activities are recorded in the CRM system
. Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships
. Self-motivated and sales-driven
. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
. Basic understanding of sales performance metrics
. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Education & Experience:
. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
. 0-3 years experience in business development or sales
. Fluent in English proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus
