Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and expand IMC Advisory Services business through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Generate business growth by developing new leads and contacts through various channels, including online research, networking tools, and referrals.
Identify and thoroughly research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's services and target market to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and proactively develop strategies to stay ahead.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Skillfully negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain an updated prospective client database for effective pipeline management.
Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up and proactive support.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B development, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling identification and capitalization of business opportunities.
Commercially savvy individual with excellent communication skills.
Self-driven and adept at working independently, taking ownership of projects and targets.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve collective business goals.
