Our Client:
Our client is a leading Japanese freight-forwarding company with a global network of 15 countries covering multiple businesses such as warehousing, forwarding, shipping, transportation. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as a Business Development Executive, Japanese speaking to support Japanese native clients.
The Responsibilities:
. Responsible for overall sales activities and marketing programmes execution, work towards achieving daily KPIs and monthly sales target
. Build, lead and set priorities/direction for the Sales & Marketing Division
. Responsible for identifying and developing potential growth opportunities for local and overseas markets
. Attending to customer's needs and requirements and to provide prompt after sales service
. Enhance corporate and brand awareness
. Set the objectives, establish marketing and promotional plans together with clients
. Build and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing clients
. Generate leads from different sales activities and turns into sales opportunities
. Promoting new services to existing and prospective clients
. Performing client retention activities
. Participating and spearhead in any sales and marketing campaigns relating to corporate sales
The Requirements:
. Minimum Degree in International Business, Marketing or related field with strong hands-on Sales and Marketing experience (Accounts Management/Business Development)
. Minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL Supply Chain operation
. Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target.
. Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoy working in a competitive environment
. Strategic thinker, Proactive and Solutions-driven
