- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales and marketing initiatives, striving to meet daily KPIs and monthly sales targets.
- Lead and direct the Sales & Marketing Department, setting priorities and direction.
- Identify and cultivate potential growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Respond to customer needs and requirements, providing timely after-sales support.
- Strengthen corporate and brand visibility.
- Set goals, create marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with clients.
- Develop and nurture new and existing clients relationship.
- Generate leads from various sales activities and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Introduce new services to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct client retention initiatives.
- Participate and lead sales and marketing initiatives related to corporate sales.

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing (Account Management/ Business Development).
- At least 3 years of experience in 3PL Supply Chain operations.
- Exceptional proficiency in Japanese speaking, reading and writing to effectively communicate with Japanese clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
