Role DescriptionThis position reports to the Sales Manager and coordinates with Facilitator, and Course Coach to successfully enrol participants in leadership courses and manage the entire training process to ensure participants achieve the desired and pre-determined training outcomes. LMS provides continuous learning opportunities, a positive working environment for mutual support and share resources.
- Specific Responsibilities
Identify new and qualified prospects.
- Approach and conduct organisation Performance Needs Analysis with SMEs business owners.
Select and enrol the right candidate for leadership programmes.- Engage the course coach, facilitator and manager mentor for active participation to successfully complete the leadership programmes.
Conduct regular feedback for improvement with clients and maintain a positive relationship for repeat business and referral leads.
- Technical Skills and Competencies
How to do sales prospecting to reach the right target market and understand the profile of Class A prospects (quality prospects).
- Effective sales presentation to the Decision Maker.
Able to discover customers prime buying motives, select the right candidates for the right LMS leadership program(s).- Confident and independent in closing sales using at least 6 closing methods according to the types of customers.
Able to cultivate the Centre of Influence (C.O.I) to get Class A referral leads (quality leads).
- How to manage accounts and engage stakeholders (e.g. facilitator, course coach, LMS admin support, manager mentor and customers) effectively and professionally.
