Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: F&B
Position Title: Business Development Executive (Leasing)
- Working Location: Bukit Timah
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and emerging trends.- Analyze competitors and market conditions to stay informed about industry developments.
Identify potential clients and develop strategies to engage them.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote leasing opportunities.- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and review lease agreements to ensure they are legally sound and meet company standards.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize lease agreements.
Oversee leasing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to facilitate leasing processes.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or leasing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of leasing agreements.
