Identify new market opportunities and source for new leads- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements
Ensure successful completion of the project to customers satisfaction
- Submission of tender documents, proposals, quotations and specifications to clients
Attend project and site coordination meetings- Handling and managing clients complaints
Present and explain products and product knowledge to new and existing clientele
- Provide technical support as necessary
Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Good contact with developers, architects, interior designers, etc
Good communication skills and warm hospitality At least 3 years of working experience in the Lighting Industry
- Resourceful and able to multitask with minimum supervision
Technical knowledge and experience in working with lighting software will be an advantage
Working hours: Monday - Friday (- 00 am - 6.00 pm)
