We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities for our IT resourcing services (staffing, contractors, placement). You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our services.
Role and responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and follow-up on leads generated through marketing activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose appropriate IT service solutions.
- Present our IT service offerings to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with us.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Monitor industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our IT services and expand the network of contacts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT services or IT recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of IT services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
