Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on Small and Medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our business growth by providing innovative financing solutions and building long-term relationships with the respective SMEs.

Job Description

• Identify new lending opportunities within the SME segment through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Builds relationships through understanding and determining client needs, making excellent sales calls offering financial products
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing and documentation
• Perform due diligence on onboarding clients based on internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc matters as arranged by the company

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in finance-related discipline, preferably in Banking & Finance
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals
• Strong business development background (preferable SME Lending)
• Possesses strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills in order to develop good relationships with clients and establish rapport
• Official working hours: 10am to 6pm, 5-day work week (full-time)
• Flexible working arrangement can be further discussed
