We are looking for a Business Development Executive for a corporate B2B sales executive for headhunting.
Responsibilities:
- Able to identify and develop new business opportunities for the company
- Face-to-face or over-the-phone meetings with customers/clients
- Cultivate and expand connections with customers/clients
- Recognize your clients requirements and be able to react effectively with a strategy for meeting their needs
- Think strategically - understanding the big picture and establishing goals and objectives to help the company grow and improve work strategically
- Look for methods to improve the way the company works.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events as needed to stay current on business trends and developments.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum a diploma in business, sales, or a related area is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in business development
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar area is preferred.
- Capability to coordinate and multitask on complicated tasks.
- Outstanding organizational abilities.
- The ability to thrive with little direction, to be proactive, and to deal with uncertainty.
- Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of doing a variety of activities on a computer.
