Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to find new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and prospects through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Create and present tailored business proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Collaborate with Senior Management and Operations Architects to align IT strategies with business goals.
- Provide innovative security solutions to clients, including remote monitoring, AI video analytics, and sensor fusion.
- Stay updated on new technologies like IoT and plan their adoption for a competitive edge.
- Work with the Operations Team on hardware technologies and compliance requirements.
- Perform other tasks as needed by management.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development within the security industry.
- Diploma or relevant studies in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the security industry and market trends.
