Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Development Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing
- Coordinate and implement the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
- Prepare business proposals including costing & budgeting for training courses, programmes, etc.
- Assist in the planning and preparation including physical arrangements of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, etc.
- Update clients records and handle sales enquiries
- Maintain up to date financial records, prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports on an as-needed basis
Operations and Administration
- Execute daily operational activities such as procurement, logistics and finance
- Plan, coordinate and execute course orientations, opening & closing receptions, and other related duties
- Work closely with students and lecturers for the provision of class attendance, timetable and student services
- Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors
Key Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 2-3 years of business development, sales, operations experience, preferably in the education and training sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detailed, meticulous and able to multitask
- Sales driven, customer-centric and result oriented
- Good project management and presentation skills
