Our client is a local company, one of the leading Environmental Services provider. They are looking for a Business Development Executive to assist their Sales team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.
Duties of Business Development Executive:
- Conduct tender site visits, prepare proposals, and deliver sales pitches to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue tender opportunities aim to exceed revenue targets and maximize margins.
- Build client relationships, manage budget negotiations, and develop winning strategies for RFPs and Bids.
- Monitor industry trends to capitalize on opportunities and address risks in Environmental Services and Integrated Facilities Management.
- Enhance service offerings based on client needs ensure retention through strong relationship management and responsive support.
- Collaborate with account managers and trainers to uphold customer service standards and improve loyalty.
- Compile monthly sales/tender reports and contribute to management meetings on business development.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Safety to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
