Description
Responsible for the Pricing and Tariff aspect of business, covering local standards, specific customer RFQs and tariff management on FOB/OFR/PLC charge component for customers.
You will be involved in coordinating with cross-functions (Business Development, Sales and Customer Service) to optimize in collaboration gearing, and serving as the first point of contact in coordinating the market rate intelligence and trending to optimize pricing strategy.
What You'll Do...
- Carrier's Ocean Freight Procurement.
- Local Tariff Rate Maintenance (LCL and FCL).
- Coordinate with Sales Department for ad-hoc quotation (LCL and FCL).
- Coordinate with operations for update pricing/tariff database.
- Coordinate with regional product department for RFQ related matters.
What You'll Need...
- Preferably with 1-2 years similar experience in the freight forwarding industries.
- Knowledge in NVOCC business will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
