They are seeking an experienced Business Development Executivewho will play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence by generating and qualifying leads, nurturing potential clients, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess experience in selling Software Solutions / SaaS / ERP products, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Qualification
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and key decision-makers in target markets
- Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and hand over highly qualified prospects to the sales team
Market Research
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve our market strategy and product positioning.
Outreach and Engagement
- Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients to introduce software solutions.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to increase conversion rates.
Sales Support
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide necessary support for closing deals.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
Reporting and Analytics
- Track and report on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, with minimum 3 years of experience in Software Sales / SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent in building relationships, skilled in new client acquisition. (Sales Hunter)
- Proficient in using digital tools or CRM for sales tracking and market analysis.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
