Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge software services designed to transform customer relationships and drive business growth. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Executivewho will play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence by generating and qualifying leads, nurturing potential clients, and driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess experience in selling Software Solutions / SaaS / ERP products, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities and key decision-makers in target markets
  • Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and hand over highly qualified prospects to the sales team

Market Research

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve our market strategy and product positioning.

Outreach and Engagement

  • Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients to introduce software solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to increase conversion rates.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide necessary support for closing deals.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Track and report on lead generation activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, with minimum 3 years of experience in Software Sales / SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent in building relationships, skilled in new client acquisition. (Sales Hunter)
  • Proficient in using digital tools or CRM for sales tracking and market analysis.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
