Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on student recruitment from the Greater China Region. The role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies, building relationships with key partners, guiding students through the application process, and driving enrolment targets through multiple channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing enrolments and expanding our presence in the Greater China Region.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Marketing Strategy Development: Work closely with the Manager to design effective marketing strategies to attract students from Greater China and meet enrolment targets.
- Implement Recruitment Strategies: Execute established marketing strategies and initiatives, such as promoting educational programs through online platforms, educational fairs, school visits, webinars, and community outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agents, education consultants, channel mpartners and other key stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts and expand our presence in the Greater China Region.
- Student Support: Assist students through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation (academic transcripts, language proficiency tests, financial documents, etc.) are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Market Intelligence & Insights: Provide the Reporting Manager with market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for improvement based on local research.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to the Reporting Manager, detailing recruitment progress, achievements, key metrics, and other relevant activities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external departments, including School Admissions, Marketing, and Student Services, to ensure efficient recruitment processes and enhance the overall student experience.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or business development within the education industry. (preferred)
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with students, agents, and counterparts in Greater China.
- Cultural Knowledge: Understands the educational requirements and preferences of students from Greater China and Singapore.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, agents, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive and Result-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, proactive in achieving goals, and passionate about contributing to the growth of the organization.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
