We are a dynamic company at the forefront of experential photo booths at events . We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work with equipment and creative projects, along with strategic tasks like market analysis and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
. Product Management: Oversee and introduce new products and applications, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and ensuring our inventory is always equipped with the latest and most innovative tools.
. Equipment & Props Management: Source, organize, and maintain equipment and props, ensuring the team is always prepared for diverse projects.
. Software Proficiency: Learn and master all software tools required for photo booth operations
. Guides & Manuals: Develop and maintain crew guides and troubleshooting manuals for smooth operations.
. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market updates and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
. Product & Backdrop Shoots: Coordinate product shoots and creative backdrop setups, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet our brand standards.
. Event & Booth Management: Oversee the management of a permanent booth, along with temporary installations for events.
. Studio Exploration & Customization: Explore studio setup and customization options to enhance client experience, including the creation of templates and guides.
. Client Servicing: Engage with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
. Photography Projects: Coordinate and execute outdoor and creative photography projects, showcasing versatility in capturing a wide range of concepts.
Skills & Qualifications:
. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in photography equipment, lighting, and other studio tools is a plus but not mandatory
. Software Skills: Familiarity with photo editing and studio management software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) is highly desirable.
. Analytical Skills: Strong market research and analytical skills for competitor analysis and staying updated on industry trends.
. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage studio resources, props, and equipment.
. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client servicing.
. Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively for photography and experential setups, creating unique visuals that align with brand standards.
. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
