Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for general insurance and insurance products.

- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and servicing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
- Understanding of insurance products and their features, benefits, and limitations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
