- Location: Katong/Marine parade MRT
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market research to keep the management abreast of latest market and industry trends.
- Conduct research, analysis and evaluate potential new strategic initiatives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with international prospects leading to strategic partnerships
- Ensure partners comply with contractual obligations and reporting requirements
- Maintain and manage performance of partners, providing accurate data and insights
- Coordinate with partners to ensure marketing plans and promotional strategies are effectively implemented
- Engage in outreach to potential partners, including pitching, negotiation and execution of partnership contracts
- Monitor and analyze industry trends to align management strategies with the evolving landscape.
- Explore new markets/ industry and expand local customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences and recommend products accordingly.
- Manage and execute marketing plans accordingly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in business management or administration, finance, marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Good time management, self discipline and responsible tasked assigned
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication & presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to identify and proactive to work on any assigned new tasks.
- Willingness to take up any additional tasks / responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Advantage if able to do designing
