Job Description:
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV market, focusing on key industries such as corporate, education, healthcare, and hospitality.
. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized AV solutions.
. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and service, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to position organization as a leader in the AV space.
. Prepare and present proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals effectively.
. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
. Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution-based business development or sales, specifically in the AV industry.
. Strong knowledge of AV products, solutions, and integration.
. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
. Experience in regional sales is a plus.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
