Lead the development of proposals and presentations.

- Market Research & Analysis:Conduct competitive analysis and market research.
Analyze market trends and client needs to adapt strategies.
Provide feedback to the product development team.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategies.
Mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams.
- Client Relationship Management:Maintain and grow relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and support.
- Reporting & Performance Metrics:Monitor KPIs related to business development.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
