Looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to expand the clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site
  • Strong understanding of the product lines, particularly in bathroom accessories
  • Responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure effective communication and seamless customer experience.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
  • Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Responsible to build up project pipeline to meet KPI and sales targets
  • Responsible for monthly sales targets as well as the overall sales target given by the company.
  • Ad hoc task given by department head

Job Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with the industry and market trends relevant to the company's products/services.
  • Open to Singaporean
  • Available IMMEDIATE
