To be the subject matter expert on aspects such as CRM, business analytics, profitability and financial analysis

To stay abreast with changes in the industry including relevant regulatory authorities and to determine its implications to the business and the organization's goals
40% overseas travelling required
Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and policy, including the implications of nonconforming to the requirements and the assessment of occupational risks and hazards.
Schedule regular communication with employees to discuss expectations and challenges and help to remove obstacles related to product safety and quality.
Act on comments and suggestions from employees about product safety and quality seriously, and regularly encourage employees to offer ideas about improving product safety and quality.
Allocate time for employees to receive product safety and quality training, as well as regular updates and refresher sessions.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Must have CRM and data analytics experience (data-driven decision making)
Knowledge Microsoft office suites
Must be proficient in Microsoft excel (Pivot table, charts, vlookup, etc)
Minimum 5 years in business developing capacity in similar or related field
Minimum 3 years of overseas business experience outside Asia (Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa)
Minimum 3 years in managing a team of people
Proven experience in budget and revenue projection
Proven experience in costing (manufacturing) and tender submission
