Business Development Manager (Contracting Recruitment)

Achieve Group is seeking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the recruitment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our contracting business, with a primary focus on securing new business opportunities through GeBiz tenders, client meetings, and effective networking strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Temp & Contract recruitment space.
2. Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase market share.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
4. Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and tailor tender responses accordingly.
5. Oversee the end-to-end process of GeBiz tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
6. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions.
8. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to drive client success.
9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
10. Leverage relationships to generate leads and promote Achieve Group's services.
11. Represent the company positively in the business community, fostering a positive brand image.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business and other related business discipline(s).
2. Min 8 yrs & above proven experience in business development, client management strategies within the recruitment agency industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
