We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Director to lead our company's growth initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within APAC and EMEA that align with our strategic goals. This role requires a keen understanding of the market, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.- Lead the development and execution of proposals and presentations.
Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients.
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals (if applicable).
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
