Responsibilities:
1. Business Development covering the Automotive & Medical sectors including Medical device assembly
i. including marketing, market research, prospecting, developing relationships with potential customers
ii. covers Program management & Accounts management activities of established customers
2. Scope includes metal, ceramic & plastic parts fabrication via conventional & MIM + press sintered technologies
i. parts, assemblies, box builds
ii. Customer base includes MNCs and startup companies
3. Business Development
i. market intelligence
ii. business alignment
iii. customer relations
iv. sales planning with profit targets
v. marketing
4. Program management
i. Interpret & translate customer's requirements to the project team
ii. engage customer & project team to meet program deliverables on time
iii. manage project team resources
iv. lead NPI to the factory through the RTP process
v. develop budget & operation plans
5. Account management
i. Maintain & expand existing accounts
ii. manage quality, cost & delivery KPIs
iii. maintain & strengthen customer relationships & customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess a min Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
2. Preferably technical background with 5-7 years in a similar or related environment.
3. Resourceful and analytical, leadership qualities with good decision making
4. Positive attitude, initiative & willingness to take on challenges.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
