We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager who has a passion for nurturing every child to become an everyday hero who drives positive change for himself / herself, others and the world, is concerned about animal welfare, wildlife conservation, and sustainability.
In this role you will:
Be responsible for hunting for new business opportunities in the attractions, malls and/or hospitality space
Generate business leads through cold calling and develop selling strategies to expand your list of clientele and consistently exceed sales targets
Deliver high quality partner pitches, negotiate and close deals and ensure program delivery as per agreed KPIs
Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for programme performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of campaigns and initiatives
Travel as needed for business purposes (approximately 10% of the time) to meet with partners and stakeholders
You should have:
Confident in engaging potential clients in conversations and presentations.
Candidates with at least 2 years successful track record in related-industry sales are preferred
Experience working in a combination of early-stage ventures, digital consultancies and corporate environments
Demonstrated ability to synthesise customer requirements to develop innovative solutions
Good command of written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels in a fast-paced environment
Additional desired competencies:
Experience in EdTech, Sustainability, Gaming, Conservation, or related fields
