Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the revenue streams for equities and options in the company. Your role will involve strategic planning, campaign execution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the continued success and growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from B2C equities and options trading. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to promote equities and options trading services. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Stay abreast of market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting equities and options trading. Use insights to make informed strategic decisions.
- Engage with external partners, clients, and industry contacts to enhance collaboration and identify business opportunities.
- Assist with various special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Business Development Associate Director.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experience in Business Development / Campaign Management /Product Management with B2C or B2B setup
- In-depth knowledge of equities and options trading, market dynamics, and relevant financial instruments.
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, particularly in the financial industry.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
- Expected to work closely with overseas office in China and Hong Kong hence proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added plus.
