Job Description

Position Overview

Responsible for the establishment of a functional Healthcare Industry Vertical organization within South Asia Ocean setting up and implement a regional Healthcare strategy that will lead to business growth in close cooperation with the Business Units.

Responsibilities

  • Create Yusen South Asia Ocean Healthcare development strategy, with alignment to Yusen's Global Healthcare strategy, and Yusen Global Headquarter product development direction with the end result to grow the Healthcare Sales Revenue within SAO
  • Coach and support the sales teams in the countries on the Healthcare sales approach and collaborate with the countries to ensure pan regional opportunities are approached holistically as a global/regional customer would expect, without any natural silo considerations.
  • Ensure a strong collaboration with the Global and Regional Healthcare Quality Team with the focus on growing the GDP footprint within South Asia Ocean
  • Develop and implement fit for purpose Healthcare products together with the regional BU's
  • Support the Global Key Account Directors and the Strategic Key Account lead to reach their targeted budget within South Asia Ocean

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business management, logistics and supply chain management or related.
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics 5+ years of experience in management and 5+ years in pharmaceutical logistics
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills Ability to work on holistic solutions and translate them into business solutions Have the ability to communicate internally and externally at a variety of levels up to Board level
  • Teamwork, accountability, reliability, pro-active and problem solving.
  • Ability to converse / write fluently in English.
  • Good communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer / user focus.
  • Ability to work outside of the box and interact with key people domestically, regionally & globally.
