Job Description

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Focus on acquiring new clients, particularly in the manufacturing, IT, industrial, operations, and medical sectors.
  • Utilize cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Proactively present our services to prospective clients, aiming to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, universities, and colleges to enhance collaboration opportunities and drive sustained growth.

School Development Initiatives

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with university and college lecturers.
  • Work closely on learning, development, training, and internship programs available to students.
  • Promote career advancement opportunities in Singapore to students and graduates.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with lecturers to strengthen partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with lecturers to bridge the talent gap and enhance student readiness for the workforce.

Ad Hoc Duties

  • Support additional tasks as requested to ensure efficient business operations.
