As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of their HVAC sales in Singapore.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the HVAC industry, including commercial building facilities management companies and system integrators.
- Prepare and submit project tenders, and follow through to successful completion.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Your Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HVAC space
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry and market dynamics in Singapore.
- Experience working with system integrators and commercial building facilities management companies.
- A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results.
