BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Our company needs to expand its business in China.

We are looking for a business development manager to work with our Agency.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Prepare ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Travel to china for business meeting, contract signing or resolve dispute if necessary

Process China work visa or work pass for the applicant, including application for permit of stay and also update their address in the China's police station

Create a corporate media image and conduct advertising on various online platforms

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop and train staffs into valuable sales and marketing personnel

Other job assigned.

Requirements and skills:

-Minimum qualification bachelor's degree, prefer major in business management or marketing

-Proven working experience as a manager level in sales and marketing, business development or managing related

-Minimum requirement for the position is have experience in an employment agency/domestic helper agency.

-Experience in customer support is a plus

-Proficiency in MS Office , eg. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

-Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

-Proficiency in Speak, Read and Write for Mandarin Chinese, because employee are required to travel to China for document preparation, explanation, signing and also process China work visa and work pass with the Government there in China

-Knowledge of process china visa/work pass, and deal with relevant authorities in China

-Communication and negotiation skills

-Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

-Excellent organizational skills

-Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.Time management and planning skills

-Prefer someone able to drive in China.

-Prefer someone familar with social media advertising/Vlog/video shooting.
