Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline for new business by contacting key decision makers in Government, TPC and Singapore market
• Create CXO conversations and increase awareness about iCompaz in the TPC
• Originate leads through these conversations and ensure iCompaz is invited to participate in the RFPs
• Run the RFP process internally and align with key stakeholders internally as well in client and in advisor organisations
• Successfully negotiate contracts with the client team escalate for support internally and ensure best TNCs for iCompaz
• Track the sales and ensure housekeeping e.g project codes, documentation, control RAR and ARs

Requirements

• Degree holder
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in roles of similar capacity from companies of similar industry
• Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and taking them through closure
