Job Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused BD Manager to manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact. You'll respond to client requests, resolve queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for client concerns and needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Manage client records, contracts, and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions in line with client expectations.
- Understand our products to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts.
- Monitor account metrics and prepare progress reports.
- Identify growth opportunities and communicate them to management.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within the IT sector.
- Strong network and cybersecurity knowledge in the enterprise and government sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Experience in bid management and working in a results-driven environment.
