Hunt for new business in local market with primary focus on value added logistics, warehousing, retail distribution and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
Work with Business Development, Marketing, Solution Design and Logistics Engineering on creation of competitive concept proposals and develop new service offerings based on detailed and documented insight of market and client needs.
Maintain strong connections with regional and global BD team, collaborate in generating sales lead.
Actively participate in RFQ/RFI and work closely with Project teams until project implementation.
Prepare reports on sales pipelines, status update to different stakeholders regularly.
Requirements
Highly self-motivated and success-driven professional with 5-10 years of experience in solution selling & new business development (logistics / supply chain management)
Very good understanding of logistics requirements and logistics solutions incl. warehouse design and according commercial experiences
Detailed knowledge of the target industries (Hi-Tech, Consumer Electronics and Industrial Electronics / Components industry) and according active network to key decision makers.
Experience with working in multicultural teams and willingness to constantly learn
Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skill
Ability to develop rapport with both internal and external customers
At least Bachelor degree level, preferable Master level. Specialized qualifications in SCM related disciplines will be advantageous
