Business Development Manager (Managed Services)

Job Description:
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Managed Services in the Asia Pacific region.
. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
. Engage with key clients to understand their needs and pain points.
. Present and position Convergint's Managed Services offerings as solutions to address client challenges.
. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to design and propose tailored Managed Services solutions.
. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Convergint's services to clients.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
. Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to Managed Services.
. Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
. Prepare and present compelling proposals, demonstrating a deep understanding of client requirements and Convergint's capabilities.
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.

Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in any field.
. Proven track record of success in business development and sales of Managed Services.
. Strong understanding of managed services in the electronic security industry.
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
