Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our client's payment business, foster strategic partnerships, and expand our client's global reach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cross-border payments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
Good base salary ( 5 figures salary ) + Good performance bonuses ( 4 months or more ) !
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with overseas manufacturers, game developers, and payment providers to enhance our payment business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the payment industry, focusing on the gaming sector.
- Explore and optimize new payment channels globally, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate business needs and requirements.
- Meet stage-wise targets, expand market coverage, and increase market share.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, supplier management, or related roles in cross-border payments, e-commerce, or internet companies. Experience working with overseas game companies is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. ( to speak to Chinese-speaking customers )
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect, organize, and analyze data accurately.
- Proven business negotiation skills, business acumen, and proactive approach.
- Rigorous, efficient, and team-oriented work attitude.
