Business Development Manager (Office Renovation)(ID)

Seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities under the Commercial and Retail Fit Out / Renovation portfolio.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent business development skills and the ability to create new business opportunities. We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of client relationship experience in the sales role in the commercial / retail renovation sector.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring of new business opportunities across the commercial and retail sector.

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand and obtain KPIs.

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, existing and new.

- Work closely with the project team to develop project proposals and presentations.

- Create short and long term sales plans with the intention of achieving the given objectives.

Represent Projects by being first point of contact for new enquiries and being credible at all times.

- Oversee pre to post sales support activities for the project to ensure client satisfaction.

- Provide customer feedback to the project to help identify strengths and areas of improvement.

- Responsible for marketing-related activities such as public relations, corporate image and branding materials, etc.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial or retail renovation as the Business Development Manager role.

- Proactive and have a strong desire to foster new business relationships and networks.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

- Focus and goal oriented

- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is desirable.

Renumeration Package:

- The renumeration package can be tailored to the candidate's experience and strength of existing network.

- Tailored commission based on agreed sales quota.

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Monthly Salary Range (SGD): up to $6,000 per month
• Working Period: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Work Location: Kaki Bukit - In person
• Preferred Start Date: ASAP
